JCI HK Jayceettes reduce emissions and noise at Avenue of Stars with Ampd Energy

JCI HK Jayceettes aimed to host a sustainable event at the Avenue of Stars in Hong Kong. The challenge was to power their onsite audio-visual equipment and LED displays while minimizing the environmental impact, moving away from the typical use of carbon-emitting and noisy diesel generators. They partnered with vendor Ampd Energy to find a cleaner solution.

Ampd Energy provided its solution, the Ampd Silo, a mobile Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), to power the event. This eliminated the carbon emissions and significant noise pollution associated with a traditional generator. The result was a successfully powered event that aligned with the customer's sustainability goals, fostering greater environmental awareness among participants. Ampd Energy's technology was a key factor in reducing the event's carbon footprint.
