Airbnb Partners With Amobee To Launch Award Winning Advertising Campaign

Airbnb partnered with Amobee to support its “Personal” campaign, part of the larger “Live There” digital advertising initiative, with the goal of increasing awareness, engagement, and site traffic. Airbnb needed a way to reach the right audiences across Australia, Germany, India, South Korea, the UK, and the US on channels including display, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Amobee used its Brand Intelligence technology to identify audience insights and optimize cross-channel ad placements, including interactive Conversational Video units tailored to real-time travel trends and interests. The campaign reached more than 109 million users, delivered 70 million video views with a 10.0% average view-through rate, and generated over 230,000 minutes spent in Facebook Canvas ads; South Korea led performance at 8.6%, and the campaign earned a 52% higher video completion rate.
