Sports Montreal is a non-profit sports organization founded in 1990 that offers 100+ activities and manages roughly 16,000 annual registrations for a community of over 15,000 users. Facing rapid growth and peak-volume sign-ups, the organization needed to move away from in-person registration to a modern, scalable online solution that would support a better customer experience and streamline administration.
They implemented the SmartRec (Amilia) online registration platform, which provided a user-friendly purchase flow, easy access to data and reporting, and reliable peak-capacity handling. As a result Sports Montreal increased online sign-ups, strengthened its leadership position in the community, and proved the system’s robustness by processing over 700 registrations in a 30-minute window.
