A Amilia Case Study
Centre Coyotes, founded in 2008 by Catia Lopes, has grown into Quebec’s largest cheerleading training center with about 500 athletes. Rapid growth exposed the limits of manual administration—schedules and payments tracked in Excel, parents forced to register in person, rising paperwork and data‑loss risk—and left staff spending most of their time at reception instead of supporting athletes.
After a free trial, the center implemented Amilia’s registration and payment platform, enabling online signups and automated administration. Today nearly 80% of families register online, staff time at reception has been reduced and redirected to athlete support, and parents can easily monitor activities and payments. Features like attendance lists, payment tracking, account reporting, automatic discounts and synchronized calendars have become indispensable to the Coyotes’ operations.
