Cheer Sport Sharks is a four-location Ontario cheer program serving recreational through elite competitive athletes, with over 70 staff and 900 families. After a 30-day trial they moved to Amilia, consolidating lessons, camps, proshop, scheduling and payments in one platform with automated billing, an online store, custom installment plans and accurate reporting. The switch eliminated manual report merging, smoothed checkout (resulting in rapid, high-volume registrations), improved customer experience and freed staff to spend more time coaching.
