ACEO® (Wacker Chemie AG) Chooses AMFG as it Revolutionises Silicone 3D Printing

ACEO, a brand of Wacker, wanted to make it easier for customers to buy its innovative 3D-printable elastomer products and prototypes, while supporting both one-off and repeat orders. AMFG provided an online quoting and ordering system to streamline the customer experience and improve access to its additive manufacturing offering.

AMFG implemented the system on the ACEO website and fully integrated it with ACEO’s SAP enterprise resource platform. Customers can submit a project description or upload CAD files for design support, after which files are automatically repaired and converted to STL, printability is assessed, and quotes can be accepted with one click. AMFG’s dashboard also gives ACEO and its customers open communication and full order visibility, resulting in a smoother, more transparent process and more efficient operations.
