Kochar Infotech, a nationwide BPO with roughly 5,000 employees and operations across multiple Indian cities, needed to capture data and media in a Cisco environment, integrate with a pre‑installed Cisco Network ACD via CTI OS API, and provide real‑time and historical recording plus centralized monitoring and scalability.
