DocsApp is an online doctor consultation app connecting patients with doctors, lab tests and medicines across India. DocsApp faced fragmented customer data, no unified agent desktop, poor inbound call visibility, low call connect rates and no integration between their dialer and in‑house CRM, which increased response times and hurt the customer journey. To address this, DocsApp engaged Ameyo and adopted Ameyo Voice.
Ameyo implemented Ameyo Voice with automatic dialing, a unified agent desktop, Customer Manager API integration, multi‑campaign/blended call management and multi‑level call disposition plus real‑time reporting. As a result, Ameyo helped DocsApp raise outbound connect rates to about 70–75%, boost agent productivity to roughly 80%, reduce average response time, improve CSAT and customer insights, and achieve strong CRM integration.
