BigTree Entertainment, India’s pioneering entertainment ticketing company (www.BookMyShow.com), faced the challenge of automating voice-based customer service to deliver region-wise movie updates, a customizable IVR, payment gateway and in-house app integrations, and SMS confirmations while driving down transaction and operational costs. To address this, BigTree engaged Ameyo to provide an advanced CIM/IVR solution.
Ameyo implemented a data-driven, GUI-based self-service IVR with caller line identification, a Node Flow Designer for rapid weekly updates, and integrations with BigTree’s database, CRM and payment gateway, plus automatic transaction ID generation and SMS confirmation. The Ameyo solution reduced average call handling time, lowered cost per transaction, increased the customer base and operational efficiency, and allowed BigTree to cut its agent workforce to 40% while improving customer experience.
