WITTE Automotive, a family-owned supplier of locking and actuating systems, needed to centralize and standardize energy and environmental data across its sites to meet ISO 50001 requirements. Previously relying on chaotic Excel lists and incompatible tools, the company engaged AMCS Group (using AMCS EHS Management) to map its entire energy management system and simplify audits, reporting and compliance.

AMCS Group implemented AMCS EHS Management in 2014 to record energy consumption at facility and meter level, integrate audits and generate clear indicators and reports for continuous target–actual comparison. The solution enabled an ISO 50001‑compliant energy management system within months, is now used across WITTE’s German sites, sped up decision‑making and reporting, helped prioritize efficiency actions and contributed to a 25% reduction in emissions while reducing costs.
