INEOS Köln, the Cologne petrochemical site of INEOS with 2,500 employees (over 800 working daily across 21 plants), aimed for ambitious zero‑accident and zero‑environmental‑incident goals but faced the challenge of monitoring safety across continuous shift operations and numerous facilities. The AMCS solution reduced time and effort for occupational health and safety management, improved compliance and process transparency, and made audits, reporting and issue resolution more efficient and trackable across the site.
