DMK Group, one of Europe’s largest dairy companies with about 7,800 employees across 19 locations and brands sold in over 100 countries, faced a post‑merger challenge to centralize and standardize hazardous chemicals management. Multiple, inconsistent Excel spreadsheets across sites made it hard to compare records, track applications or maintain complete safety data. To address this, DMK Group implemented AMCS EHS Management from AMCS Group.

AMCS Group delivered a searchable, central hazardous chemicals register and online library for safety data and work instructions, initially importing data from 280 suppliers and 1,900 hazardous chemicals. Over ten years DMK has grown this to manage more than 3,000 chemicals and digitally hold over 12,000 documents in AMCS EHS Management. The system links safety data sheets, work instructions and certifications, speeds audits and compliance, saves “an hour’s work” for each hazardous chemicals officer, and reduces waste by enabling cross‑location reuse of chemicals.
