Cascades Recovery+ gains full visibility into their operations and improves efficiencies with the AMCS Platform

Cascades Recovery+, the recycling division of Cascades, engaged AMCS Group to solve a highly fragmented operations problem. Before AMCS, Cascades Recovery+ managed more than 40 separate databases, heavy paper-based local data collection, no materials-management solution and no global view across its 18 locations; AMCS Group was chosen to provide the AMCS Platform (cloud/SaaS) to standardize and consolidate those systems.

AMCS Group deployed the AMCS Platform at the first of 18 Recovery+ sites, replacing disparate systems with a single integrated solution—including a Datamart, scale house modules, AMCS Mobile Workforce, Customer Call Center and Customer Web Portal—to deliver end-to-end visibility, real-time contract/pricing and dynamic route management. The result was streamlined processes and reduced administration (consolidating 40+ databases into one), faster customer response via self-service BI, fewer missed stops and reduced overtime, mileage, fuel use and emissions, and a scalable foundation for future site rollouts.
