Case Study: ChronoBank achieves a blockchain-powered recruitment exchange with Ambisafe

ChronoBank, a blockchain-focused startup addressing recruitment inefficiencies, needed a way to connect employers with short-term workers while reducing middlemen, improving payment security, and creating a more transparent hiring process. To support this vision, they worked with Ambisafe on their token sale and early product development, including consultations, white paper preparation, and the initial fundraising platform and MVP.

Ambisafe built ChronoBank’s ICO infrastructure and created the TIME security token using its EToken framework, with smart contracts handling token distribution and future profit-sharing payments for holders. Ambisafe also helped launch the project’s fundraising campaign, which raised over 5,400 BTC, about $5.4 million at the time, and supported the development of LaborX and ChronoBank’s Labour-Hour token ecosystem.
