University of Helsinki - the new intranet creates a sense of solidarity and streamlines work

The University of Helsinki required a new intranet, Flamma, to foster a greater sense of solidarity among staff, streamline their work, and provide a clear path to information. They partnered with vendor Ambientia to implement a flexible and adaptive platform to meet this challenge.

Ambientia successfully implemented the intranet, creating approximately 700 content pages in three languages and a modern, responsive user interface accessible on different devices. The solution streamlined work for university personnel and significantly improved internal communication. The project was hailed as a success, with positive feedback from staff and a cooperative model between Ambientia and the university being established for future development.
