Case Study: Attendo improves care management with Ambientia’s data platform

Data-based management opens up new horizons for care services – case Attendo

The customer, Attendo, a leading Nordic provider of public housing and care services, sought to modernize its operations through better knowledge management. Their challenge was to provide managers across hundreds of care homes with real-time, data-driven insights to support decision-making, moving away from reliance on gut feelings. For this digital transformation journey, they partnered with the vendor Ambientia to develop a bespoke data platform.

Ambientia implemented an Azure-based data platform and dashboard named Motti, which provided Attendo home managers with real-time access to critical operational metrics like occupancy rates and staff absences. The solution was immediately adopted and well-received, selling itself through positive user feedback and requests for additional features. This successful kick-off enabled Attendo to plan future integration and expansion of the system with confidence. The partnership with Ambientia expanded, with the vendor subsequently building a similar dashboard solution for Attendo's operations in Sweden.
