Nvidia sought to identify and activate its most dedicated fans to build a formal advocacy program. Their challenge was that while they had a large social media following on Facebook, they did not own that audience data and lacked a direct way to engage these potential advocates. They partnered with Ambassify to overcome this hurdle.
Using the Ambassify platform, Nvidia first deployed a survey to its German Facebook audience to collect contact information. This data was used to send an NPS survey, which successfully identified 553 promoters. These top fans were then invited to an exclusive membership club on Ambassify where they were asked to engage with social content and answer questions. The results were significant, with this community of super fans demonstrating a 5x higher engagement rate compared to non-members, providing Nvidia with a powerful army of advocates for future campaigns.
