How Unique used Ambassify to launch an initiative in support of De Warmste Week

Unique wanted a simple, company-wide way to raise money for De Warmste Week while boosting internal engagement, so they launched a talent auction where employees could offer skills and colleagues could bid on them. To run and manage the initiative they used Ambassify, creating a form campaign to collect talents, promotional messages to drive sign-ups, spotlighted campaign pages explaining bidding rules, and a dedicated “De Warmste Week” tab in their community.

Ambassify powered the end-to-end solution—hosting individual talent campaigns, enabling comments/bids, promoting the drive, and providing reporting tools to measure impact. The campaign attracted submissions from across departments, brought new employees into the ambassador community, increased collaboration, and generated funds for De Warmste Week; Ambassify’s engagement report flagged a key metric of 294 (campaign engagement) and let Unique sort by comments to identify the most popular talents.
