How Swiss Life Germany provides its IFAs with a reliable and customized content hub

Swiss Life Germany faced a content distribution challenge: its previous advocacy platform couldn’t support integrated rich media or easy downloadable assets needed by employees and independent financial advisors (IFAs). After cross-divisional testing led by Lennart Crossley, Swiss Life selected Ambassify for its out-of-the-box capabilities, flexibility for design and functional customizations, and a standalone approach that could expand existing structures without breaking them.

Ambassify delivered a white‑labeled mobile and web app called Brandvocate, tailored for five Swiss Life subsidiaries, with content managers publishing legally approved, ready-to-share rich media and tools for feedback and analytics. Ambassify’s development team sped feature rollouts to weeks, Brandvocate was integrated into sales summits and onboarding, and Ambassify became the new employee advocacy/content hub across all Swiss Life Germany entities (with the international group adopting it soon after); continuous feedback and customized reports now measure platform usage and guide future AI and community-driven enhancements.
