How Securex built a tight-knit, multilingual community of employee ambassadors

Securex, an international HR services company supporting 90,000 companies, 140,000 entrepreneurs and 5,700 partners with more than 1,900 employees across 28 offices, wanted to take its existing ambassador program beyond basic content sharing and build a trusted, multilingual community of employee advocates. To achieve this, Securex chose Ambassify’s employee advocacy platform to gain the features and capabilities it felt were missing from its prior solution.

Ambassify delivered a multilingual, campaign-driven platform with customer success support, gamification and tailored campaign types (share, like/comment, co-creation, challenges and targeted language options). The results were measurable: over 20% of employees became ambassadors in one year, a social reach potential of 3.8 million after 10 months, an estimated €60k in saved ad spend, 97 new Glassdoor reviews raising the score from 3.9 to 4.6, and strong community engagement (e.g., more than 100 ambassadors commenting on a LinkedIn repost) — all enabled by Ambassify.
