OMP, a global supply chain planning software and consulting firm with more than 1,000 employees, faced low employee advocacy and an inefficient sharing process—only about 300 ambassadors with roughly 10% active under their prior solution. They needed an automated, easy way to keep staff updated on company news, schedule and share content, and boost engagement and pride, so they evaluated and chose Ambassify for an employee advocacy program.

Using Ambassify’s platform—leveraging suggested captions, mobile sharing, smart scheduling, native video, LinkedIn tagging and gamification—OMP ran a company-wide onboarding campaign (ambassador-of-the-month, new-hire introductions, internal promotions) and built the “OMP Hive” community.
