How Modular Lighting Instruments grows brand awareness with dealer advocacy

Modular Lighting Instruments, a high-end architectural lighting manufacturer, needed a simpler way for its many dealers and partners to access, localize and share product news and visuals. Previously partners used a content library and spreadsheets that required manual assembly of posts, so Modular sought a tool to keep partners up to date, let them share in a few clicks and help maintain local social accounts — and selected Ambassify’s advocacy platform (white‑label community and mobile app).

Ambassify provided a premade content community with push notifications, easy multi‑channel sharing and quick translation into six languages, allowing partners to post with two–three clicks. The program grew to about 160 partner members across 10 countries and delivered measurable results: over 1M impressions on main platforms, a 5x increase in average interactions (shares per post rose from under 180 to ~500), and potential reach in the hundreds of thousands, boosting visibility, followers and lead generation — all powered by Ambassify.
