KBC, a major Belgian multi-channel bank-insurer, faced a challenge: their previous platform only supported basic social sharing and didn’t let them build deeper relationships with employees and potential ambassadors to boost engagement, employer branding, and social reach. They turned to Ambassify’s advocacy platform—including its mobile app and broader campaign library—to engage staff more meaningfully and identify power users.

Ambassify implemented a community-driven program with incentives, storytelling onboarding and diverse campaign types (Social Share, Share an Image/Video, Polls) that grew KBC’s ambassador base to 1,600 engaged members in one year and delivered 10x ROI versus traditional advertising spend. Results included 23,596 clicks to a WhatsApp support article (nearly 25,000 site clicks) and a Kate launch campaign with 600+ employee advocates, €3K engagement value, ~250,916 potential reach and over 2,000 clicks, demonstrating Ambassify’s measurable impact on reach, engagement and branding.
