How Helan leveraged in-house creativity to strengthen its employer branding

Helan is a Belgian health insurance provider formed by the merger of Partena Ziekenfonds and OZ Ziekenfonds. Facing the need to strengthen employer branding after the merge, Helan sought a more flexible employee advocacy platform to leverage in-house creativity, increase the number of Ambassadors, expand social reach and engagement, and improve eNPS — ultimately replacing their previous advocacy trial with Ambassify’s platform.

Helan implemented Ambassify’s advocacy platform with customized ambassador experiences, easy-to-launch Social Share and Form/landing-page campaigns, polls and surveys, and admin tracking of engagement and channel performance; HR-led tactics (posters, e-flyers, testimonials and onboarding of legacy users) further boosted adoption. The Ambassify solution was received very positively, creating a tight, authentic community, increasing ambassador sign-ups and social engagement, and giving Helan measurable campaign insights that strengthened their employer brand and internal connection.
