How Adecco Enhances Its Recruitment and Branding Efforts through Its Ambassadors

Adecco, part of the Adecco Group and the world’s second-largest HR provider, wanted to channel strong employee pride into visible recruitment and employer-branding activity but found staff were often too busy or unsure what to share. To address this, Adecco partnered with Ambassify and launched the Adeccofluencer employee advocacy program using Ambassify’s platform to provide pre‑approved, easy-to-share content and clear messaging for employees.

Ambassify delivered a user-friendly advocacy platform (including a mobile app) and supported Adecco’s internal launch; the program started in December 2022 with about 50 advocates, doubled to ~100 by March 2023 and now counts around 120. The Ambassify-powered solution made sharing simple and contagious, driving higher social reach and engagement on campaign posts, growing ambassador adoption, and supporting Adecco’s employer-branding goals and website-traffic ambitions.
