How ACA Group created a sense of belonging for their employees

ACA Group, a Belgian IT consultancy that reorganized into a podular structure across multiple offices, faced declining employee satisfaction and low engagement. With no prior advocacy solution in place, they looked for a platform to strengthen company culture, increase engagement and social sharing, and gather regular internal feedback — and chose Ambassify, rolling out the Ambassify desktop platform and mobile app to launch an internal “ACA Ambassador Community.”

Ambassify implemented a mix of polls, content-creation, feedback and share campaigns (eg. “Two Truths, One Lie”), plus regular feedback sessions to onboard and involve staff. Launched in January 2020, the Ambassify program produced measurable results: 164 active members, 2,133 campaign interactions, a 93% conversion rate and €47K engagement value, delivering a clear uplift in employee connection, ambassadorship and structured internal feedback thanks to Ambassify.
