Liantis, a Belgian HR services provider with over 60 offices, needed a more flexible way to strengthen employer branding, attract talent and build an engaged employee community. After finding their previous tool too limited, Liantis turned to Ambassify and its employee advocacy/community platform to expand their program and support multiple goals at once.

Ambassify deployed a white‑label advocacy platform integrated into Liantis’ newsletter, events and campaigns, plus gamification and rewards to drive participation. In the first year Liantis grew membership from 230 to 360 (expanding licenses from 300 to 400), logged ~6,000 interactions, generated 4,000 shares and 9,000 clicks, achieved a potential reach of over 2 million, saved €24,000 in ad costs and reached a 61% conversion rate — all using Ambassify.
