Yedpay Equips Small Businesses with a Highly Secure Payment Platform Using AWS

Yedpay, a Hong Kong-based secure payment platform serving thousands of small businesses, was struggling with the reliability of its on-premises data center after an outage caused hours of downtime. To improve resilience, security, and scalability while supporting PCI DSS compliance, Yedpay turned to Amazon Web Services and its cloud infrastructure for a more reliable payment gateway platform.

Amazon Web Services helped Yedpay complete a full migration to the AWS Cloud in just one month, using services including Amazon EC2, Amazon EBS, Amazon S3, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS KMS, along with Fortinet security tools. The move enabled uninterrupted switchover, support for more than 10,000 transactions a day, and a 40% reduction in IT costs, while increasing development funding by 50% so Yedpay could accelerate product innovation and market expansion.
