Working with Amazon Web Services, Valant used AWS Communication Developer Services, including Amazon Chime SDK, Amazon Pinpoint, Amazon SES, and Amazon Polly, to build better communications into its EHR and practice management platform.
Amazon Web Services helped Valant launch a desktop and mobile telehealth portal and an automated reminder system that sends customized appointment notifications by email, SMS, voice, and robocalls. The solution improved patient communication for practices and helped drive measurable business growth, including 2x add-on revenue growth and increased engagement.
