Amazon Web Services helped UNOX migrate its website and product configurator to Amazon S3 and build new IoT-enabled apps and streaming capabilities. The results included greater scalability, internal cost savings, improved efficiency, and faster time to market, while contact center service levels rose to 95% of customer requests handled within 90 seconds, up from 67% before AWS.
