Uniphore Accelerates Time to Market and Ensures SaaS Security with DuploCloud’s DevOps Platform on AWS

Uniphore, a U.S.-based AI and automation company, wanted to launch its cloud-native Q for Sales SaaS product faster while meeting strict security and compliance requirements such as SOC 2, PCI, and GDPR. To support that challenge, Uniphore turned to Amazon Web Services and the AWS partner DuploCloud, using AWS services including Amazon EKS, AWS Fargate, Amazon RDS, and AWS Security Hub.

Amazon Web Services and DuploCloud implemented a DevSecOps automation platform that gave Uniphore self-service infrastructure provisioning, continuous monitoring, and automated security controls. The result was a major reduction in operational complexity, with Uniphore estimating that AWS and DuploCloud eliminated 60% to 70% of the usual cloud-architecture burden and enabled new customer onboarding in just 2 to 3 minutes, helping accelerate time to market and strengthen customer trust.
