Triumph Learning provides Waggle, a personalized learning platform for students and teachers across the U.S., and needed greater developer agility, on‑demand scalability, and robust data‑separation controls (so teachers see only their classes while admins see all) without the cost and overhead of maintaining internal hardware and multiple environments.
Triumph moved its development, QA, pre‑prod, and production workloads to AWS (using VPC, Redshift, Lambda, CloudSearch, multi‑AZs) and engaged Connectria for managed AWS support. The change freed about 80% of engineering time for product work, enabled rapid, seasonal scaling and automated failovers, lowered infrastructure costs, and improved security, redundancy, and access controls to support growth.
