The LOTE Agency provides multicultural research and communications services, but its on-premises setup forced staff to be on site to access compute-intensive work like video editing, translation, and marketing production. With employees spread across Australia, the Philippines, and the Middle East, the company needed a more flexible way to support remote collaboration and better serve government and public communications clients.

Amazon Web Services, working through WOLK and using Amazon WorkSpaces plus the AWS Well-Architected Tool, helped The LOTE Agency plan and complete its move to AWS. The migration was finished in December 2019 and was fully functional within one week, giving the team a more robust cloud architecture, remote work capability, and alignment with AWS best practices.
