TerrAvion is an ag‑tech company that provides high‑resolution aerial imagery (OverView) to farmers across the US and Brazil. By running a cloud‑native pipeline on AWS — using Amazon EC2 for processing, Amazon S3 and S3 Glacier for scalable storage, and AWS Lambda for automation — TerrAvion ingests, stores, and serves massive daily datasets to customers and partners. The result: next‑day, plant‑level imagery and analytics that help farmers optimize irrigation and yields, detect equipment failures (avoiding hundreds of thousands in losses), enable partner applications, and free a small engineering team to build new features.
