TellApart is a cloud-based marketing platform that helps online retailers identify high-value customers and deliver personalized retargeting ads on a pay‑only‑when‑customers‑purchase model. Facing the retail sector’s high-transaction, low-margin pressures, the company needed to handle massive, low-latency traffic, fast image delivery, reliable centralized logging and batch processing, and rapid elastic scaling for traffic spikes.

From launch TellApart ran its entire stack on Amazon Web Services—using compute, storage, CDN, queuing and monitoring services across multiple availability zones—to meet those needs without physical servers. The AWS architecture enabled real-time bidding at scale (tens of thousands of bid requests per second with sub‑120 ms responses), elastic scalability, low latency and redundancy, allowing TellApart to deliver fast, reliable retargeting and measurable revenue growth for its retail clients.
