Tavisca - Customer Case Study

Tavisca Solutions is a travel-technology company that provides booking engines, inventory management, hotel-mapping, and integration tools to about 100 travel businesses worldwide from three development centers. The company’s Clarifi real-time hotel-mapping system (covering ~1 million properties) and its hosted services were constrained by physical servers, causing long processing times (up to six weeks for supplier content) and slow agent onboarding (up to six months), so Tavisca needed a scalable, faster infrastructure.

Tavisca migrated core services to AWS—running workloads in an Amazon VPC across two regions using Amazon EC2 and Amazon ECS, with relay services for on-prem integrations and Business Support from AWS. The move cut supplier processing to under one week and reduced agent onboarding to three weeks, delivered 99.9% availability, enabled automated workflows, and provided the scalability to handle seasonal and promotion-driven traffic peaks while reducing time and cost.
