Tapestry Gains 360-Degree View of Customers by Powering Data and Analytics on AWS

Tapestry needed a better way to predict customer behavior, automate operations, and improve supply chain and shopping experiences across its global retail network. With Amazon Web Services, Tapestry built a scalable data lake and deployed dozens of machine learning models for near real-time customer segmentation, inventory planning, and personalization. The results included faster shipping times, better product placement, and stronger repurchase rates, with the company handling up to 1.5 million API calls per day during peak periods and using insights to tailor promotions and recommendations for shoppers.
