Tai Kwun Enhances Visitor Engagement with Customer Data Platform on AWS

Tai Kwun, the arts and heritage destination, wanted to build a customer data platform to unify customer information across channels and improve visitor engagement. To move quickly, it chose Amazon Web Services (AWS) after a recommendation from its SaaS HR provider, and worked with an AWS Partner to design and implement the cloud infrastructure for the CDP.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) delivered the solution using services including Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling, Amazon Aurora, Amazon CloudFront, Elastic Load Balancing, and AWS WAF. Tai Kwun rolled out its CDP in just two weeks instead of the expected 6–8 weeks, then migrated its loyalty program to AWS, improved data security and compliance, and saved time through automated scaling. The faster deployment and stronger data foundation helped Tai Kwun enhance customer engagement and support future website improvements such as payments.
