Stonehenge NYC, a vertically integrated real estate group, faced outdated, time‑consuming rental and maintenance workflows that didn’t meet modern tenant expectations. Seeking to differentiate in a competitive market, the company partnered with Klika Tech to explore a “Digital Native Apartment” concept that would modernize leasing, service requests, and building operations.

Klika Tech built a proof of concept that ties Salesforce to Alexa for Business and AWS IoT using a serverless backend (API Gateway, Lambda, IoT services, S3, DynamoDB/RDS), enabling voice‑driven maintenance requests, IoT‑monitored AC control, and real‑time portfolio reporting. The result: a smoother, digital‑first tenant experience, faster management insights and response times, improved leasing efficiency, and a platform that can expand to features like guest access by voice.
