Rumah Siap Kerja Pivots to a Cloud-based E-Learning Platform in 2 Months on AWS

Rumah Siap Kerja (RSK) needed to quickly pivot from in-person training to a cloud-based e-learning model during the pandemic, while still supporting a growing user base and improving the overall learning experience. Working with Amazon Web Services, RSK moved to AWS to launch a scalable LMS and virtual training platform that could handle both routine use and sudden traffic spikes.

Amazon Web Services implemented a cloud-based solution using Amazon EC2, EC2 Auto Scaling, Amazon RDS, and Amazon CloudFront to deliver reliable video training, automate administration, and improve performance. As a result, RSK saved up to 10 hours per week on administrative tasks, supported around 500 concurrent users on average and up to 20,000 during peak demand, and improved customer service while accelerating business growth.
