Royale International Group, a Hong Kong–based express delivery company founded in 1980, won a contract to deliver Taobao purchases to 7‑Eleven stores and needed a platform to coordinate merchants, its Hong Kong warehouse, couriers, and store managers. The business required a secure, highly scalable solution that could start small (about 100 stores) and grow quickly, so an on‑premises setup was not feasible.

Royale built the solution on AWS—using EC2 with Auto Scaling, RDS/DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, ELB and VPC—launching the platform in three months and exposing APIs for merchants and store managers. The result: 300% growth in six months, now serving 370 7‑Eleven stores and about 1,000 daily packages, near‑instant scaling, reduced operational overhead, stronger security and ISO readiness, and faster onboarding of additional merchants and IoT pilots.
