Resilience Builds a Global Data Mesh for Lab Connectivity on AWS

Resilience, a biotech company, needed a faster and more secure way to connect more than 100 lab instruments across six research sites and move research data to the cloud. Working with **Amazon Web Services**, the company used **AWS DataSync**, **AWS PrivateLink**, and Amazon S3 to automate data transfer, improve security, and create a centralized data environment for scientific and business users.

With **Amazon Web Services**, Resilience built its global data mesh in less than three months, uploaded over **75 TB** of research data, and enabled near-real-time access to lab data in under **5 minutes**. Using AWS services such as **AWS IoT Greengrass**, **AWS CDK**, and Amazon CloudWatch, the company also brought new sites online in days, improved logging and monitoring, and accelerated learning cycles for drug development.
