A Amazon Web Services Case Study

Preview of the Realeyes Case Study

Realeyes - Customer Case Study

Realeyes is a London-based startup that uses webcam-based facial-expression analysis to measure viewers’ emotions for brands, media companies, and market-research agencies. Faced with limited on-premises capacity, single-server reliability issues, and strict security and global-availability requirements, the company needed a scalable, secure infrastructure to accelerate R&D and support worldwide campaigns.

Realeyes migrated its platform to AWS, leveraging scalable compute, storage, content delivery, queueing, and security services to run hundreds of instances on demand and process thousands of concurrent webcam sessions. The move cut development time for data-collection services from months to weeks, enabled rapid model training and massive scale (millions of sessions), reduced upfront and maintenance costs, and met strong data‑security requirements—freeing resources to invest in research and new features.
