Ramco Systems, founded in 1999, provides ERP solutions to more than 1,000 companies across 35 countries, serving 150,000+ users from 17 offices worldwide. Facing slow server provisioning and rising costs from its on-premises data center, Ramco needed a cost-effective, highly available, resilient, and secure platform to meet customer SLAs for backup and disaster recovery.

Ramco migrated to AWS, adopting EC2 Reserved Instances and services such as EBS, S3, Route 53, Direct Connect, ELB, VPC, SES, and CloudWatch to provision and manage its environment.
