Optoma Facilitates Virtual Collaboration with Hybrid Learning Platform on AWS

Optoma, a provider of the Creative Board hybrid learning platform, needed a globally stable, low-latency solution to support real-time collaboration for educators and students. The company also wanted to speed software development and launch products more efficiently while keeping costs under control.

Amazon Web Services helped Optoma build Creative Board on Amazon RDS for MariaDB with a multi-AZ architecture, plus Amazon CloudFront, Amazon ElastiCache for Redis, and Amazon S3. With support from AWS and a review using the AWS Well-Architected tool, Optoma improved service robustness and achieved product launches 56% faster at 36% lower cost.
