LTIMindtree Drives Digital Transformation for Global Customers with AWS Training and Certification

LTIMindtree, one of India’s largest IT services companies, needed to upskill employees as cloud transformation projects accelerated and customers increasingly sought engineers trained in AWS Well-Architected principles. To meet this demand, LTIMindtree worked with Amazon Web Services and its AWS Training and Certification team to build a scalable learning program for busy staff and new hires.

Amazon Web Services delivered flexible training through AWS Skill Builder, virtual and in-person partner courses, and certification exam readiness sessions. As a result, LTIMindtree enrolled over 4,600 employees, helping improve workforce retention and talent management while also supporting new business opportunities and solution development.
