Kentkart - Customer Case Study

Kentkart, a Turkey-based developer of intelligent transportation systems used across the region, provides automated fare collection, passenger information, and onboard video surveillance for buses, trains, and subways. As the business grew, its on-premises data centers became costly and time-consuming to manage—frequent hardware upgrades, license management, and periodic Internet outages from local construction threatened service availability and customer support.

Kentkart migrated its infrastructure to AWS, using Amazon EC2, S3, Glacier, VPC, IAM, and KMS, and now accesses and manages resources via the AWS Management Console. The move eliminated single-site downtime risk, sped up provisioning, strengthened compliance and data protection, and cut IT costs by more than 30%, while reliably hosting mission-critical workloads like websites, mobile apps, file sharing, and onboard video surveillance.
