KENT RO Systems Limited, a leading Indian maker of water purifiers and healthcare products with about 40% market share and a nationwide distribution network, needed a more flexible, scalable cloud footing for its CRM that supports a 100+ agent call center. The company wanted to lower CAPEX and operating costs, simplify IT administration, and give its DevOps team the agility to accelerate app development while maintaining high availability.

KENT partnered with APN Advanced Consulting Partner Umbrella Infocare to migrate its CRM to AWS after a successful proof of concept, using Amazon EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, Amazon S3 and AWS Device Farm. The move—completed in a two-week migration—cut IT and cloud costs by 10%, reduced IT management overhead by up to 7%, sped development by up to 7%, delivered 99.999% uptime and improved application performance and availability, freeing resources for further innovation.
