InMotion Inovasi Teknologi needed a better way to deliver omnichannel communications and local-language engagement to millions of Indonesians while reducing costs and improving performance. Working with Amazon Web Services, the company looked for a way to support its 3Dolphins applications and chatbot service more efficiently, especially as it scaled Bahasa Indonesia messaging.

Amazon Web Services recommended moving scripts to Amazon CloudFront and integrating it with Amazon S3 for static assets. InMotion migrated about 1,000 scripts in two weeks, cut Amazon EC2 costs by 10%, and improved performance significantly: its SRM web dashboard became 30% faster and chatbot responses dropped to under three seconds. Amazon Web Services also helped improve reliability and availability by reducing downtime and ensuring scripts were processed continuously.
