A Amazon Web Services Case Study
InfoTrack, an award-winning Australian technology company that aggregates public records for the professional services sector, needed to move beyond simple data aggregation and rapidly prototype new data-driven products. The challenge was to combine many disparate data sources into a single source of truth, avoid time-consuming hand‑written SQL, and create a repeatable, scalable platform that lets the Innovation Team test ideas and deliver value quickly.
InfoTrack implemented a cloud data platform on AWS—centred on Amazon Redshift and Matillion ETL—with S3 ingestion, Elasticsearch-powered search, Aurora for detailed records, and serverless/API components for delivery and CI/CD via CloudFormation, CodePipeline, and CodeBuild. The result: automated ETL, fast prototyping and deployment, a reusable global architecture, and strong scalability—five new products developed (two already live) and much faster time‑to‑market for new services.
